In keeping with tradition and in preparation of the new Phantasma going up, I've been revamping the site again. Here's a list of the planned and finished changes:

New forum look
- Changed color scheme to green-yellow; easier on the eyes.
- Changed background image; figured out how to make it so that the background resizes automatically according to the browser window size
- PENDING: Change buttons and icons to fit new theme
- Smilies probably won't be changed
- PENDING: Do something about the black text color outside the tables (like the Pages links in Topic View) for better readability

New RP forums
- Phantasma: The Third Portal (for the new Phantasma coming up)
- POSSIBLE: A subforum for a new RomCom or similar if required
- VERY POSSIBLE: A subforum named "Common Grounds" where anyone can RP any (non-canon) story with characters from all continuities. Similar to SD Theater/Randomness Theater, but not necessarily SD/comedy/shorts.

Rendered the following changes to topics and subforums:
> Announcements (renamed to Site Announcements and RP-related Updates; some topics moved to The Lounge to keep in line with the board's purpose)
> Think Tank (renamed to Suggestions, Ideas, and Requests; some topics moved to The Lounge to keep in line with the board's purpose)
> Links (obsolete, topics transferred to The Lounge)
> Jokes (obsolete, all topics merged into one thread in The Lounge)
> Hidden GM Board and all sub-boards rendered obsolete
> Transferred some posts from the Library to the Lounge to make the former more in keeping with its original purpose
> Rendered the following RP boards finished and locked:
---- Phantasma: Altered Visions (locked, will be transferred soon when the new one is progressing)
---- Myriad Magitech University
---- Randomness Theater
---- RomCom: The Movie

Rearranged the RP Archives category
> New subforum: Past RPs, which contain the RPs that took off and ended somehow

- Lessened required post count for user ranks by roughly half
